Failure to follow rules will result in an additional charge or a Non-Affidavit will be generated and sent to the sentencing court requesting that your time is modified to serve the sentence continuously. In addition, it is a requirement for you to follow all rules and guidelines. If more than an hour late, you will receive a turnaround slip and returned to court with a warrant issued for your arrest. If you arrive at the facility up to an hour late, you will make up that time on that particular weekend (the time will be adjusted by the courtroom).
