The thing is there is a clear difference between seasonal representation and new heroes representation, seasonals aren't a permanent fixture of the summoning pool and are treated as their own distinct type of banner. Then again, had we still gotten someone from another game over Plumeria + 2 incoming OCs, I'd still expect criticism over a streak while conveniently discarding the exception.
The problem isn't the so-called streak, but the amount within a short timespan (which is a valid concern, no denying that). My main point is that ALL recent Mythic OCs didn't "rob" THE monthly brand-new spots (that is, the ones for the highlight units giving their names to the banner), and it's possible that the next 2 expected cases would be tie-ins. I'd not assume that the Mythic chart won't ever be expanded, though. I just think it's kinda debatable to not make nuances, similarly to how some consider the recent Tellius seasonals as proper representation (although there might be a reason for this approach that doesn't really replace New Heroes banners) or group Binding Blade skins with Blazing Blade ones under Elibe (the former doesn't have that as much potential and plausible candidates down the road).
